Did Someone Order A Half-Eaten Burger and Fries Who Fight Crime?

Today is #ThankYouPatrons day on Patreon and we wanted to do something a little extra special to not only show our support and appreciation for our patrons but to encourage others to sign up and be part of the action. That’s why we’re proud to announce the very first playtest draft of our upcoming Fragments game, The Many Adventures of Patty & Fritz, is now available for EVERYONE to download from our Broken Design Patreon page.

A teaser video for The Many Adventures of Patty & Fritz.

Version 1.01 of The Many Adventures of Patty & Fritz contains the complete rules and provides the framework and a character wheel for “The Origin Story.” There’s also an appendix explaining how playtest points work and how you can earn free goodies for your feedback. All of this is exclusive to our Patreon and you can become a patron for as little as $1 per month.

Anyone who is already a patron will receive +1 playtest points today simply because they are awesome and we wanted to say thank you for your support. If you become one of our new patrons before the end of November 2019, you’ll receive +1 playtest point as well towards Patty & Fritz, making it even easier to get a free PDF copy of the finished game.

Let’s Put An Indie Spin on The World’s Greatest RPG

Broken Ruler Games is proud to official announce (because let’s face it, keeping secrets isn’t exactly something we’re good at when it comes to Twitter) our next Kickstarter project… and this time it features our entry into the realm of dungeons and/or dragons.

The World’s Greatest Roleplaying Game: The Zine is a zine dedicated to supporting the 5th edition of the world’s most popular RPG but with an indie spin. Created by Jen Adcock and Todd Crapper, WGRG: The Zine looks to bring some of the great indie mechanics and story game ideas that have been circulating along the fringes of the market and merge themselves with 5e’s adaptable ruleset.

You can check out a preview of our Kickstarter page right now or learn more on the official WGRG: The Zine page and see what the fuss is about. It launches on October 29th, 2019 and we look forward to bringing you an indie spin on 5e.
